Your Ceremony

The Ruby Pavilion
Overlooking the Wandin Valley Estate cricket ground is the Ruby Pavilion, our dedicated function venue seating between 45 and 130 people in various configurations. The covered verandah is ideal for dancing and can be enclosed or open depending on the weather. Soft lighting within the Pavilion and fairy lights around the perimeter adds a magical atmosphere to this unique venue.

The Barrel Room
The Barrel Room in the heart of our working winery is the quintessential Hunter Valley wedding venue, exuding classic wine country flair. Adorned by our iconic chandelier, the truly romantic ambience makes this intimate venue one of the most popular in Wandin Valley.

Outdoor Ceremonies
Our 100 acre estate set amongst rolling vineyards, beautifully manicured lawns and natural bushland provides the ideal setting for your wedding. Let our events team take you on a guided tour of the most picturesque locations on the property and you will find the most charming spot that will make your ceremony unique.

Even if you choose to hold your ceremony in one of Wandin Valley's indoor venues, the breathtaking scenery on the estate provides the perfect backdrop for your wedding photographs.

Your Reception

The Ruby Pavilion with its baby grand piano, dance floor and band space, log fire and vineyard views is a beautiful location for a sit down reception for you and up to 130 of your family and friends. Our team of acclaimed chefs can tailor our wedding packages to suit your particular requirements or you can work with them to design your own menu, style of service and select matching wines from Wandin Valley's incredible trophy winning wine list.
