At the Imperial Peking Harbourside, we have honoured the pioneers of fusion by naming the menu’s after them. These great sea and land fairers brought with them, took back with them, not only trade, but the exotic spices, curious herbs and a vast expanse of fruit and vegetables. That was the historical birth of “Fusion food”.

3 course fusion banquets can be created to suit your needs and satisfy your culinary desires. Speak to one of our events specialists now to conjure up a banquet similar to the one below!

Entrée

  • Platter of meat dumplings, spring rolls, beef balls, salt & pepper wings, fried Chinese melon & barbeque pork
  • And platter of prawns, salt & pepper calamari, whitebait, crab roll, fish fillet, fried octopus.

Mains

  • Wagyu Beef. Cubed with Wasabi, Sweet Potato, Broccoli, Tomato & Steamed Rice.
  • Fillet of Snapper (alternate serve). Steamed with ginger, soy, shallots, asparagus, broccoli, potato wedge & noodles.

Dessert

  • Lemon & Lime Tart with Berry Coulis.
