• New Yorker - Grain fed sirloin steak char grilled, topped with sweet potato saratago, sage & red wine jus.
• Fillet of Atlantic Salmon - Seared and topped with a lemon lime citrus glaze.
• Veal Medallions - With sauté baby roquet leaves, button mushrooms & shallot jus.

Dessert

• Chocolate Fondant - White Chocolate mousse on dark chocolate mouse with a rich moist mud base.
• Strawberries & Cream Pannacotta - With mixed berry compote.
