Bonnie Doon Golf Club

Overview

Bonnie Doon, founded in 1897, is the third oldest golf club in Sydney. The Club was named after the original eight members purchased the title of a grazing property in 1907 which was land included in Captain Cook’s original charter of Botany Bay.

Over the years as the nature of the course has changed, membership has grown and facilities have been developed consistent with the standards required of a premier Sydney championship golf club. The course is located just eight kilometres from Sydney’s CBD and minutes from Sydney Airport.

The Georgian designed clubhouse, built in 1926 is both elegant and comfortable being fully air-conditioned and carpeted. Spectacular views of the fairways and beautifully landscaped gardens can be enjoyed from all aspects of the club. Extensive on site parking is an added convenience to both members and guests.

Hosting a celebration at Bonnie Doon is a unique experience for couples planning a wedding, be it traditional, romantic, modern or alternate.
