  • Wild Northern Territory barramundi grilled on sautéed green beans finished with red wine
    jus
  • Veal backstrap fillet on rosemary and root vegetable ratatouille with sticky jus
  • Prawn and chilli linguini in roasted tomato broth, finished with fried aubergine

Dessert

  • White chocolate parfait with almond curd and raspberries
  • Individual gooey chocolate pudding - hot chocolate puddings with warm gooey chocolate
    centre, garnished with vanilla bean ice cream
  • Stewed strawberry and mascarpone tart with shaved giandugar chocolate
